Opinel No.08 Knife

Opinel's Classic Line features a sustainable wood handle for a comfortable grip as well as a strong Yatagan blade design. A rotating ring lock provides security when the knife is open while a fixed inner ring ensures its robust feel. The No.08 is a versatile knife that features a 3.35 inch blade. The high carbon steel used in this blade is extremely hard and provides excellent cutting quality. A carbon steel blade is more sensitive to corrosion and requires more maintenance than a stainless steel blade.
